Every injectable peptide order includes complimentary water for all vials purchased, along with 4 free insulin syringes to help you begin. Should you require more syringes, they are available for purchase in the peptide consumables section of our online shop. Similarly, each nasal order includes one needle per canister for mixing, along with all necessary water.

We do not provide these certificates as the expense of obtaining and renewing them would ultimately raise the product costs for consumers.

All orders are dispatched using a door-to-door courier service. It’s important to ensure that there will be someone available to receive your order at the specified address from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please be aware that your order will typically take 2 to 3 working days from the payment date to reach you. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.

Once your parcel is picked up by the courier, you will promptly receive a tracking number. This number enables you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination, providing you with peace of mind and transparency throughout the delivery process.

Regrettably, we do not provide this service. However, we can ship the products to you without our labels, allowing you to customize them with your own labels. Additionally, we can provide you with the necessary label sizes for printing if required.
